We provide a lifetime guarantee on all electrical parts. If you get a defective wiring harness or it ceases functioning after a while, we will replace it at no cost.

The warranty does NOT cover damaged parts due rubbing, cutting or any forms of damage unrelated to internal failures, glass fractures or damage to the yellow ribbon cable. If you damage the glass or ribbon cable, you will need to order a new one.

Vorsa Phantom Plate uses PDLC glass. this glass operates by using a liquid crystal layer placed between two sheets of glass to regulate its transparency using electrical input. When provided power, the liquid crystals are oriented randomly, causing the light to scatter and resulting in a opaque appearance of the glass. When electricity is absent, the crystals line up, permitting light to go through straight and making the glass transparent.
